Siberian Wellness has been producing and selling products for health, beauty and sports for 26 years, and the company’s online stores deliver to 60 countries in 2022. Our team launched stores for the main countries of presence and worked on operational tasks and support. After all the changes, the conversion of Siberian Wellness across all countries increased by an average of 1.5%, and the percentage of abandoned carts decreased by an average of 8%.

What was done
  • For each of the countries where the store was launched, we implemented separate functionality: for example, we selected the appropriate and optimal payment systems for the location (Raiffeisen Bank for Serbia, CLICK.uz in Uzbekistan, iyzico in Turkey, etc.) and delivery services. For EU countries, we added the option of delivery to anywhere in Europe within a single online store;
  • After the redesign of product pages, conversion increased noticeably, because Users can now make purchasing decisions much faster. We also designed a new content administration system, and now it has become much easier to manage product pages, it is easier to add and update information and photos: this way, users will quickly see a new product on the site and be able to buy it;
  • The company has a charity called The World Around You, for which we created an application form and integrated with Google Maps to display personalized pins on a tree planting map;
  • Integration with Instagram allows you to automatically collect user photos, create stories and publish them directly on the site: this works as one of the super-effective advertising tools due to its virality;
  • We reduced the load on the online chat of the support service by connecting the Usedesk service and the Track24 order tracking service. In addition, this is a big plus for trust, since users like to control the progress of the service.
