MedReach is a platform that brings together doctors and medical companies from different countries for continuing medical education (CME). Using the platform, specialists communicate with colleagues, share experiences, and study in courses and webinars The goal of gamification, or the MedReach Loyalty Program, is to increase user activity and stimulate purchases of educational courses on the platform
What was done
  • For activity on the platform, users are awarded virtual MedGems points. Users can spend MedGems on products from the internal store (course or webinar) or in partner stores (AliExpress, Amazon,etc.)
  • Examples of activities for which points are awarded:
    1. Content creation: posts, groups, comments
    2. If posts and groups are successful among colleagues (gather a large audience, reactions, reposts on social networks), the author will be awarded additional MedGems
    3. Additional MedGems are awarded for purchases in the internal Store
    4. Filling out your profile. You need to describe your specialty and relevant experience in detail
    5. Content creation: posts, groups, comments
  • Users can track the progress of tasks in a special Balance widget, as well as the history of MedGems accrual and debit on the Transactions panel
