Our client is one of the largest private banks, which also has a global presence. The bank offered InfiniSoft to create Sales Automation Portal for its client service managers. ​ Sales in banks were only partially automated, and there was an urgent need to develop a customizable interface for interacting with customers. Users were constantly using Excel sheets and PDF reports with a huge amount of data and calculations. Processing and analysis of client data was time-consuming, which led to a delay in decision-making by TOP management representatives, who, as a rule, need an immediate understanding of the current situation and quick access to all bank employees, their customers and reports.
What was done
The engineering team compiled a complete list of requirements, conducted a comprehensive analysis of use cases, performed user interface modeling and interactive prototyping. Having further clarified business users' expectations from the new solution, they offered various options for discussion, choosing the best one based on its results. The visual design of the solution was also developed directly for the needs of the client and for the convenience of its use.
